Reservations Deposit: Cancellations:	Reservatins can be made anytime. Reservations made within 30 days of the event will be subjected to avaiablility and a higher rate. Thus, it behoves you to make your reservations prior to June 16th. The room must be secured with your credit card. Thirty (30) days prior to your arrival, the hotel will deduct a deposit from your credit card. The deposit will equal one night's room and tax fee. The remainder will be paid upon your check out. Cancellations shall be made no later then 72 hours beforehand. Any cancellations beyond this time will be subject to the one night's room charge, in effect, the loss of your deposit.
AJI Reservations	If you'd prefer that the AJI make your reservations, we would need the following information: 1. Full name, address and phone number 2.Credit Card Number, Type and Expiration Date 3. Number of people, or rooms required. 4. Smoking or non-smoking room You will be notified of your confirmation within three days.
